Founder and senior designer, Kim Piccirilli, moved her career to Chicago and established Home Envy Staging and Design following a profession in interior design and model home merchandising for a prominent Newport Beach, CA design firm. With a passion for the industry, Kim began home staging.
Kim takes a personal approach to staging each home in order to maximize the home value resulting in every home selling quick and for top dollar. Our business structure and staging techniques have generated repeat business among realtors, home developers and home owners.
